Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • 2 Minutes of movement
  • :20s of high knees, butt kicks, lateral hops
  • Samson Stretch – 1 Minute per side

WORKOUT: 3 Rounds

  • 80 Double Unders
  • 40 DB/KB Goblet Squats
  • 20 Push Up – Mountain Climbers

*1 Push Up + 2 Mountain Climbers = 1 Rep (20 Push Ups / 40 Mountain Climbers)

BARBELL OPTION: 3 Rounds

  • 80 Double Unders
  • 40 Front Squat (75/55)
  • 20 Push Up – Mountain Climbers

WORKOUT FLOW:

  • Workout is 3 total rounds. Each round will include 80 Double Unders, 40 Squats (DB/KB Goblet OR Barbell Front), and 20 Push Up – Mountain Climbers.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • Double Unders – If you have a jump rope but not the double under skill then complete 160 Single unders. If you do not have a jump rope then complete 80 Jumping Jacks per round.
  • DB/KB Goblet Squats- Find a weighted object that allows you to complete this movement.
