Our CrossFit classes consist of functional fitness training performed at high intensity. It’s a fun and fast-paced class that incorporates strength training and cardio while addressing many of the 10 general physical skills that make up fitness: cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
About the class:
Our classes are 1hr long and include people of all ages and skill levels (even our coaches workout in these classes!). Although this is a small group training class, you’ll receive individual coaching to help you get the most out of your workout.
Why should you participate?
If you’re looking to build muscle, lose fat, develop explosive power, increase strength, have increased cardio… and get in the best shape of your life – then CrossFit is for you!
Generally speaking, you will have one of two types of membership; a monthly subscription for a set amount of monthly visits or you will pay-as-you-go.
For a monthly subscription, while there is no contract, billing will occur at the start of each billing cycle. Often this will be on the first of the month. If you exceed the number of visits allowed per billing cycle (typically 8 visits or 12 visits), you will be a drop in fee of $30 for each excess visit.
For pay-as-you-go members (typically members purchasing a 10-pack of visits), you will be automatically re-loaded once you have used up the visits for which you have pre-paid.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so at least one full day before the new billing cycle. If you contact us after that, we may not be able to stop the billing and will not be in a position to provide a refund.
If you wish to put your membership on hold, you can do so once within the prior 12 month period so long as the hold is for a minimum of one (1) month. You must tell us an end date in writing (text or email) for the hold. Once that end date arrives, billing will resume. It is your responsibility to know what end date you provide. Refunds will not be provided if the end date arrives and you are billed. If during your hold period, you elect to come to CFM and workout, you will be billed for a drop-in.
