Warm-up: Group Dynamic
- Air Squat Tabata – 2 Minutes
- :20s Bottom of squat Hold / :10s of active squats
- Pigeon Stretch – 1 Minute per side

- 5 DB/KB Overhead Squats (Right Side)
- 10 Jump Squats
- 5 DB/KB Overhead Squats (Left Side)

BARBELL OPTION: 6 Rounds (2 Minutes ON / 1 Minute OFF)
- 10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
- 10 Jump Squats
WORKOUT FLOW:
- Workout is 6 total rounds of 2 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest. During the 2 minutes you will complete as many rounds as possible of Overhead Squats (DB/KB OR Barbell) and Jump Squats. You will pick up where you left off after the rest.
EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:
- DB/KB Overhead Squats – Find a weighted object that you can hold over your head while you complete the squat motion.
