Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Plank – Push Up tabata – 2 Minutes 
  • :20s Plank on hands – :10s of Push Ups 
  • Banded Shoulder Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Part A – Ladder x 12 Minutes 

  • Buy In: 500 Meter Row / 400 Meter Run / 1200 Meter Bike

-In remaining time climb the ladder:

  • Alt DB Snatches (50/35) 
  • Burpees to a target (pull up bar)
