  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – 1 Minute per side

  • Buy In: 400 Meter Run / 500 Meter Row / 1200 Meter Bike

-Then in remaining time AMRAP of:

  • 10 DB Push Press (50/35) 
  • 8 Alt DB Overhead Lunges (50/35) 
  • 6 Deadlifts (225/155) 

-Rest 2 Minutes- 

Interval 2: AMRAP x 10 Minutes 

  • Buy In: 400 Meter Run / 500 Meter Row / 1200 Meter Bike

-Then in remaining time AMRAP of:

  • 10 Handstand Push Ups 
  • 8 Alt DB Overhead Lunges (50/35)
