  • Sumo Inchworm Push Ups -5-4-3-2-1 Reps
  • Bird Dogs – 10 Reps w/ :03s Pause each rep (5 Per side)
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – 1 Minute Per side

  • 2 Sets x 2 Reps @92% of 1 Rep Max 
  • 3 Sets x 1 Rep @95% of 1 Rep Max

  • 6 Deadlifts (155/105)
  • 6 Bar Over Burpees
