Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Sumo Inchworm Push Ups – 5-4-3-2-1 Reps
  • Samson Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 3 Intervals ( 6 Minutes ON / 1 Minute OFF)

  • Buy In: 200 Meter Run 

-In the remaining time, AMRAP of:

  • 6 Single Arm DB/KB Devils Press (3 Per side)
  • 12 Single Leg V-Ups (6 Per side)

BARBELL OPTION: 

  • No barbell option for today, use a DB/KB and work on the single arm strength/stability. 

WORKOUT FLOW: 

  • Workout for today is 3 total intervals of 6 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest. Each interval will start with a buy in of a 200 meter run. After the buy in whatever time is remaining you will go for an amrap of 6 Devils presses and 12 single leg v-ups. 

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • DB/KB Devils Press – Find a weighted object that allows you to complete the movement correctly. If you have nothing around then complete 6 hand release push ups.
