WORKOUT FLOW:
- Workout for today is a descending ladder of two movements. The two movements for today are handstand push ups and hang power cleans. Workout starts with 10 reps all the way down to 1 by 1’s.
EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:
- Handstand Push Ups – If you do not have the skill then complete DB/KB Strict Press per side.
- DB/KB Hang Power Cleans – Find a weighted object that allows you to complete the movement correctly.
