Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Plank/Shoulder Tap Tabata – 2 Minutes
  • :20s Plank + :10s of Shoulder taps
  • PVC (Broomstick) Pass Through – 15 SLOW Reps

  • Handstand Push Ups 
  • DB/KB Hang Power Cleans (Per side)

BARBELL OPTION: For Time 

10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 Reps 

  • Handstand Push Ups 
  • Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

WORKOUT FLOW: 

  • Workout for today is a descending ladder of two movements. The two movements for today are handstand push ups and hang power cleans. Workout starts with 10 reps all the way down to 1 by 1’s. 

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • Handstand Push Ups – If you do not have the skill then complete DB/KB Strict Press per side. 
  • DB/KB Hang Power Cleans – Find a weighted object that allows you to complete the movement correctly.
