Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • Inchworm Walk Outs – 5 SLOW Reps 
  • Half Kneeling Hamstring Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 5 Rounds 

  • 8 Double Push Up – Burpees
  • 12 DB/KB Deadlifts (Per Side)
  • 8 Double Push Up – Burpees
  • 24 Double Unders 

BARBELL OPTION: 5 Rounds 

  • 8 Double Push Up – Burpees
  • 12 Deadlifts (155/105)
  • 8 Double Push Up – Burpees
  • 24 Double Unders 

WORKOUT FLOW: 

  • Workout for today is 5 total rounds for time. Each round will consist of 8 double push up burpees, 12 deadlifts (DB/KB OR Barbell), 8 double push up burpees again, and 24 double unders. Once you have completed 5 total rounds you are done. 

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • DB/KB Deadlifts – Find a weighted object that allows you to complete the motion correctly. 
  • Double Unders – If you have a jump rope but do not possess the double under skill then complete 48 single unders. If you do not have a jump rope then complete 24 Jumping Jacks.
