WOD: Sunday, May 10th, 2020 (Burpee Day 98)

Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • Tempo Push Ups – 10 SLOW Reps
  • PVC (Broomstick Pass Throughs) – 20 Reps

Workout: 7 Rounds

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 14 DB/KB Push Press (7 Per side)
  • 7 Up-Downs

BARBELL OPTION: 7 Rounds

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 14 Push Press (95/65)
  • 7 Up-Downs

WORKOUT FLOW:

  • Workout for today is 7 total rounds. Each round will start with a 200 meter run followed by 14 Push Presses (DB/KB OR Barbell) and will finish with 7 Up-Downs. Once the 7th round is complete you are done!

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • 200 Meter Run – A 200 meter run should be done fairly quickly (about 1 min of work) so run :30s from your start point and :30s back. If you do not have the chance to run then complete 100 high knees per round.
  • DB/KB Push Press – Find an object that allows you to press from the shoulders to a locked out position overhead. This can be a jug of water or a book bag.
