Warm-up: Group Dynamic
- Sumo Inchworm Push Ups – 5-4-3-2-1 Reps
- PVC (Broomstick) Pass Through – 20 Reps

Workout: For Time
- 100 DB/KB Hang Clean and Jerks (50 Per side)
*Every minute on the minute (including 0:00) complete:
- 3 Burpees
BARBELL OPTION: For Time
- 50 Hang Clean and Jerks (115/85)
*Every minute on the minute (including 0:00) complete:
- 3 Burpees
WORKOUT FLOW:
- Workout starts by completing 3 Burpees and then the athlete will complete as many hang clean and jerks as possible with the DB/KB OR with the barbell. At the start of the next minute the athlete will again complete 3 burpees and go for max hang clean and jerks in the remainder of that minute. Workout is complete once 100 reps are completed on the DB/KB OR 50 reps are completed on the barbell.
EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:
- DB/KB Hang Clean and Jerks – Find an object that allows you to swing it from in between your legs to your shoulders and locks it out overhead.
