WOD: Thursday, April 30th, 2020 (Burpee Day 88)

Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • 2 Minutes of movement
  • :20s high knees, butt kicks, lateral hops
  • Samson Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 10 Rounds (2 Minutes ON / 1 Minute OFF)

  • 10 Mountain Climbers (PER SIDE)
  • 10 DB/KB Goblet Squats

BARBELL OPTION: 10 Rounds (2 Minutes ON / 1 Minute OFF)

  • 10 Mountain Climbers (PER SIDE)
  • 10 Front Squats (75/55)

WORKOUT FLOW:

  • Workout is 10 Rounds of a 2 minute AMRAP with 1 Minute of rest between each round. In each round you will try to get as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes of 10 Mountain climbers (per side) and 10 DB/KB Goblet Squats OR 10 Front Squats.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • DB/KB Goblet Squats – If there are no object around to hold while you squat then complete air squats instead.
