Warm-up: Group Dynamic
- Toe Touches – 10 SLOW Reps
- Half Kneeling Hamstring Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: AMRAP x 20 Minutes
- 12 DB/KB Deadlifts (Per side)
- 12 DB/KB Reverse Lunges (Per side)
- 12 V-Ups
BARBELL OPTION:
AMRAP x 20 Minutes
- 12 Deadlifts (115/85)
- 12 Reverse Lunges (115/85) *PER SIDE
- 12 V-Ups
WORKOUT FLOW:
- Workout is as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. You will complete 12 deadlifts, 12 reverse lunges, and 12 v-ups. Once 20 minutes is up, your workout is over.
EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:
- DB/KB Deadlifts – Find an object that you can pick up from the floor and return it back. This can be a case of water!
- DB/KB Reverse Lunges – Find an object you can hold while completing the lunge motion. If you do not have anything around then complete these as bodyweight lunges.
