Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • 2 Minutes of movement
  • :20s of high knees, butt kicks, lateral hops
  • Childs Pose – 1:30 HOLD

Workout: For Time

50-40-30-20-10

  • Double Unders

25-20-15-10-5

  • Up-Downs
  • Hand Release Push Ups

WORKOUT FLOW:

  • Workout starts with 50 Double unders, 25 Up-Downs, and 25 Hand release push ups. You will then move into the round of 40, 20, 20 and then 30, 15, 15 and so on until 10, 5,5.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • Double Unders – If you don’t have a rope complete double the number of Jumping Jacks instead. If you have a rope but do not have double unders then complete double the number of Single Unders
