Workout: AMRAP x 20 Minutes
- 10 2FOR1 Lunge – Air Squat
- 10 V-Ups
- 10 Handstand Push Ups
HSPU Modifcation: 20 Hand Release Push Ups
WORKOUT FLOW
- Workout starts with 10 Reps of the 2FOR1 Lunge-Air Squats. You will then move into 10 V-Ups and finish each round out with 10 Handstand Push Ups OR 20 Hand Release Push Ups. You will continue this cycle until 20 minutes is over.
