Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • PVC (Broomstick) Pass Through – 20 Reps
  • Samson Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: AMRAP x 20 Minutes

  • 10 2FOR1 Lunge – Air Squat
  • 10 V-Ups
  • 10 Handstand Push Ups

HSPU Modifcation: 20 Hand Release Push Ups

WORKOUT FLOW

  • Workout starts with 10 Reps of the 2FOR1 Lunge-Air Squats. You will then move into 10 V-Ups and finish each round out with 10 Handstand Push Ups OR 20 Hand Release Push Ups. You will continue this cycle until 20 minutes is over.
