WOD: Tuesday, April 14th, 2020 (Burpee Day 72)

Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Sumo Inchworm Push Ups – 5-4-3-2-1 Reps
  • PVC (Broomstick) Pass Through -20 Reps

Workout: 5 Rounds

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 4 Burpee Clean and Jerks (Right Side)
  • 20 Russian Twists (PER SIDE)
  • 4 Burpee Clean and Jerks (Left Side)

*Burpee C&J can be done with a barbell or DB/KB

WORKOUT FLOW

  • Workout is 5 rounds of a 200 meter run, 4 burpee clean and jerks (right side), 20 Russian twists (per side), and 4 Burpee clean and jerks (left side). Once 5 rounds of that cycle is complete, your workout is over!

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS

  • 200 Meter Run – Run :30s away from your start point and :30s back (1 minute of running). You may also complete 50 high knees per round.
  • Burpee Clean and Jerks – Find an object that allows you to bring it from the ground – to shoulders – to a locked out position overhead. If you have no object just do regular burpees.
