Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • Toe Touches – 10 SLOW Reps
  • Pigeon stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: AMRAP x 22 Minutes

  • 22 Jumping Lunges (11 Per side)
  • 11 DB/KB Swings (11 PER SIDE)
  • 22 Jump Squats

*Barbell option subs in hang power cleans for swings

WORKOUT FLOW

  • Workout starts with 22 Jumping Lunges (11 per side), 11 DB/KB Swings (PER SIDE), and finishes with 22 Jump Squats. You will continue this cycle for as many rounds as possible in 22 minutes.  

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS

  • DB/KB Swings – Find an object that you can swing with one arm. If you are using a barbell then complete hang power cleans instead.
