Warm-up: Group Dynamic
- Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
- Toe Touches – 10 SLOW Reps
- Pigeon stretch – 1 Minute per side

- 22 Jumping Lunges (11 Per side)
- 11 DB/KB Swings (11 PER SIDE)
- 22 Jump Squats
*Barbell option subs in hang power cleans for swings
WORKOUT FLOW
- Workout starts with 22 Jumping Lunges (11 per side), 11 DB/KB Swings (PER SIDE), and finishes with 22 Jump Squats. You will continue this cycle for as many rounds as possible in 22 minutes.
EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS
- DB/KB Swings – Find an object that you can swing with one arm. If you are using a barbell then complete hang power cleans instead.
