Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Sumo Inchworm Push Ups – 5-4-3-2-1 Reps
  • PVC Lat Stretch – :30s Per side x 3

Workout: For Time

5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 – 20 – 15 – 10 – 5

  • Mountain Climbers (PER SIDE)
  • Up-Downs
  • DB/KB Snatches (PER SIDE)

*If you have a barbell use the weight ratio of (75/55)

WORKOUT FLOW

  • Workout will start with 5 Mountain climbers (per side), 5 Up-Downs, and 5 DB/KB Snatches (per side). You will then move on to the round of 10-10-10, 15-15-15, etc. until you end up back at the round of 5-5-5.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS

  • DB/KB Snatches – Find an object that allows you to bring it from the ground to a locked out position overhead in one motion. This can be a water jug, book bag, broomstick, etc. If you have a slam ball, you can sub in slam balls for these.
