WOD: Tuesday, April 7th, 2020 (Burpee Day 65)

Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • Pigeon Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 10 Rounds (2 Minutes ON / 1:00 Min OFF)

  • 5 Thrusters (Right Arm)
  • 10 Weighted Lunges (5 Per side)
  • 5 Thrusters (Left Arm)

WORKOUT FLOW

  • Workout is 10 – 2 Minute Rounds. In these 2 minutes you will go for as many rounds as possible of 5 Thrusters on your right side, 10 Weighted Lunges (5 per side), and 5 Thrusters on your left side. Once 2 Minutes is up you will get a 1 minute rest period and then do that all over again.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS

  • Thrusters- Find an object where you can squat and press it with one arm. If you don’t have any object available sub both sets of thrusters out for 5 Jump Squats.
