Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • 2 Minutes of movement
  • :20s of high knees, butt kicks, lateral hops
  • Standing Quad Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Get outside and enjoy the weather! Add a weighted book bag/vest to increase the difficulty! You can also complete this on a treadmill.
