- 30 Shoulder Taps (15 Per side)
- 20 Hand Release Push Ups
- 10 DB/KB Hang Squat Cleans (5 Per side)
*If you use a barbell use (95/65)
EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS
- DB/KB Hang Squat Cleans- If you have a wall ball then complete 10 Med-Ball Cleans. If you don’t have any equipment at all complete 10 Atomic Sit ups (rolling sit ups)
