  • PVC (broomstick) Pass Through – 20 Reps
  • Samson Stretch – 1 Minute per side

  • 40 Mountain Climbers (40 Per side)
  • 30 Shoulder Taps (15 Per side)
  • 20 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 10 DB/KB Hang Squat Cleans (5 Per side)

*If you use a barbell use (95/65)

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS

  • DB/KB Hang Squat Cleans- If you have a wall ball then complete 10 Med-Ball Cleans. If you don’t have any equipment at all complete 10 Atomic Sit ups (rolling sit ups)
