WOD: Monday, March 30th, 2020 (Burpee Day 57)

Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Burpees – 10 Reps
  • Pigeon Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 4 Rounds

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 12 Single Arm KB/DB Thrusters (per side)
  • 8 Box Jump Overs

*Sub in 16 barbell thrusters (95/65) if you have one

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS

  • 400 Meter Run- run 1 minute away from your house and 1 minute back OR sub in 100 Reps of high knees per round
  • Thrusters- find any weighted object and use that for the thrusters. You can also complete these with wall balls instead. Jump Squats can also be a modifications as well.
  • Box Jump Overs- Find an object of a challenging height and jump over it!
