Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • PVC (broomstick) pass through – 30 Reps
  • Toe Touches – 10 SLOW Reps

Workout: 22 Minute Ladder

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, etc…

  • Burpee Broad Jumps
  • KB/DB Snatch
  • 20 Mountain climbers

*Workout will start with 2 Burpee Broad Jumps, 2 DB Snatches, 20 Mountain climbers, then 4 Burpee BJ, 4 DB Snatches, 20 Mountain climbers, 6-6-20, etc..

*Burpee Broad Jumps= 1 Burpee followed by a broad jump each time

Equipment Modifications

  • If you have a barbell, use that for the snatches (95/65)
  • Find an object that allows you to go from the ground to overhead and use that!
