WOD: Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 (Burpee Day 52)
Warm Up: Group Dynamic
- Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
- PVC (Broomstick) pass through – 20 Reps

Workout: AMRAP x 24 Minutes
- 4 Handstand Push Ups
- 8 Overhead Squats
- 12 Russian KB/DB Swings
- Run around the block (optional if weather permits)
*If you’re using a barbell, scale the weight to around (95/65)
Equipment Modifications
- Handstand Push ups can be modified to Hand Release Push ups (8 Reps)
- Overhead squats can be done with a DB/KB, Broom, water jug, etc..
- Russian Swings can be modified to 12-18 Glute Bridges
