WOD: Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 (Burpee Day 52)

Warm Up: Group Dynamic

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • PVC (Broomstick) pass through – 20 Reps

Workout: AMRAP x 24 Minutes

  • 4 Handstand Push Ups
  • 8 Overhead Squats
  • 12 Russian KB/DB Swings  
  • Run around the block (optional if weather permits)

*If you’re using a barbell, scale the weight to around (95/65)

Equipment Modifications

  • Handstand Push ups can be modified to Hand Release Push ups (8 Reps)
  • Overhead squats can be done with a DB/KB, Broom, water jug, etc..
  • Russian Swings can be modified to 12-18 Glute Bridges
