Warm Up: Group Dynamic
- KB Goblet Squat Tabata – 2 Minutes
:20s Bottom of squat hold + :10s of active squats
- Pigeon Stretch – 1 Minute per side

10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
- V-Ups (toes to bar if possible)
- DB/KB Single arm Thrusters (perform reps per side)
- Between Rounds complete: 25 Double Unders
Equipment Modifications
- V-Ups can be modified to tuck ups or ab-mat sit ups
- Thrusters can be modified to wall balls or Jump squats (double the reps) with no weight
- Double Unders can be modified to Jumping Jacks, High Knees, plate hops, toe taps on stairs
