Warm Up: Group Dynamic

  • KB Goblet Squat Tabata – 2 Minutes

:20s Bottom of squat hold + :10s of active squats

  • Pigeon Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: For Time

10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1

  • V-Ups (toes to bar if possible)
  • DB/KB Single arm Thrusters (perform reps per side)
  • Between Rounds complete: 25 Double Unders

Equipment Modifications

  • V-Ups can be modified to tuck ups or ab-mat sit ups
  • Thrusters can be modified to wall balls or Jump squats (double the reps) with no weight
  • Double Unders can be modified to Jumping Jacks, High Knees, plate hops, toe taps on stairs
