  • 20 Kettle Bell/Dumbbell Russian Swings
  • 20 Single Arm KB/DB High Pulls (PER SIDE)
  • 100 Meter Run

*For those of you who don’t have a KB/DB sub in 40 Glute Bridges, If you only have light weights then double the number and do 40 of each.

*For the single arm high pulls, find a jug of water and use that instead!
