Workout: For Time

- Mountain Climbers (per side)
- Hand Release Push Ups
- Thrusters (you choose the object!)

30 – 20 – 10
- Thrusters
- Hand Release Push Ups
- Mountain Climbers (per side)
*If you use a single DB/KB for your thrusters then cut the reps in half per side
**If you have access to a wall ball then sub in wall balls for thrusters!
**If you don’t have a DB/KB then use a case of water, again, GET CREATIVE!!
