Workout: For Time

10 – 20 – 30

  • Mountain Climbers (per side)
  • Hand Release Push Ups
  • Thrusters (you choose the object!)

-Rest 3 Minutes-

30 – 20 – 10

  • Thrusters
  • Hand Release Push Ups
  • Mountain Climbers (per side)

*If you use a single DB/KB for your thrusters then cut the reps in half per side

**If you have access to a wall ball then sub in wall balls for thrusters!

**If you don’t have a DB/KB then use a case of water, again, GET CREATIVE!!
