WOD: Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 (Burpee Day 45)

Workout: 4 Rounds (1 Minute Stations / :15s Transition)

  • Station1: Max V-Ups (Scale to sit ups if needed)
  • Station2: Max Ground to Overhead*
  • Station3: Max Double unders (sub Jumping Jacks or plate hops)
  • Station4: Max Stair runs
  • Station5: Rest

*Ground to overhead= BE CREATIVE! If you have a DB or KB use that, if not, load up a book bag with some textbooks and use that!

*Double Unders= If you don’t have access to a rope you can do jumping jacks, high knees, or quick toe taps on an object.

*Stair Runs= Pick a staircase in your house or outside. No matter how many stairs there are just try to run up and down them the entire minute!
