Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Banded lat pull downs – 10 Reps per side
  • Banded shoulder rotations – 10 Reps per side
  • Banded Shoulder Stretch – 1 Minute per side

  • 3 Back Rack lunges per leg (ascending weights)
