Warm-up: Group Dynamic
- PVC Lateral Hop Tabata – 2 Minutes
- PVC Pass Throughs – 15 Reps
- Single leg lunge Stretch – 1 Minute per side
Strength: Power Snatch (10-12 Minutes)
- Build to a heavy double, does not have to be touch and go
Workout: AMRAP 18 Minutes
- 10 Pull ups
- 30 AB – Mat sit ups
- 50 Double Unders
Endurance: Burpee Tabata
- :20s on, :10s off x 8 sets

- 20 Long Sit-ups
