- Banded shoulder stretch – 1 Minute per side
Pre-Game: 4 Rounds
- Run to Millburn Ave
- 5 Push Presses (ascending weights)
- 1 Round of Mini Cindy (3 pull ups, 6 Push ups, 9 air squats)
Workout: AMRAP 15 Minutes
- 12 Push Press (95/65)
- 12 Pull Ups
- 12 Bar Over Burpees (can be bar facing if you want to)
