Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • High Knees (down and back)
  • Butt Kicks (down and back)
  • Lunges with pause (down and back)

 

Pre Game: 4 Rounds (each with your partner)

  • 5 Wall Balls
  • 5 Power Snatches (ascending weights)
  • 5 Burpees

 

Workout: Partner Workout

  • Buy In: 100 Double Unders (EACH)
  • 100 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 100 Power Snatches (95/65)
  • 100 Burpees
  • Buy Out: 100 Double Unders (EACH)

*Break up reps as desired

**Double unders must be done by both partners before moving on to wall balls, and before wod is finished

***All 100 reps must be complete before moving on to the next 100
