  • Min 2: 20 second plank + 3 Push ups

  • Ring Dips

Between Rounds: 35 Double Unders

CRX: Ring Dips are done from a Ring Muscle up 

 

Skill: Pull Up Work

  • Work on your kipping, butterfly, strict pull ups
