Hang Squat Cleans in the Main Room

Box Jumps in the Rower Room and Dumbbell Rooms

AbMat Sit-ups on the Large Blue Mats

 

Strength: Sumo Deadlifts

Work up to a Moderate Weight

Focus on the different muscle engagement
