Wanting to get stronger and faster for your school sport? Or just looking to stay fit?
Our CrossFit Teens program is a shorter class that includes the same mix of strength training and functional conditioning, but with less volume than our regular CrossFit class.
About the class:
Our classes are 45 min long and include teens from middle and high school (6th to 12th grade). Although this is a small group training class, you’ll receive individual coaching to help you get the most out of your workout.
