Or just looking to stay fit?Our CrossFit Teens program is a shorter class that includes the same mix of strength training and functional conditioning, but with less volume than our regular CrossFit class.About the class:<span style=”font-weight: 400;” data-mce-style=”font-weight: 400;”>Our classes are 45 min long and include teens from middle and high school (6th to 12th grade).
