Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • PVC (Broomstick) Pass Through – 15 Reps
  • Samson Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 3 Rounds 

  • 75 Double Unders
  • 50 Ab-Mat Sit Ups 
  • 25 Alternating DB/KB Snatch

BARBELL OPTION: 3 Rounds 

  • 75 Double Unders
  • 50 Ab-Mat Sit Ups 
  • 25 Power Snatch (75/55)

WORKOUT FLOW: 

  • Workout is 3 total rounds. Each round will start with 75 double unders. You will then go into 50 ab-mat sit ups, and finish with 25 Snatches (DB/KB OR Barbell). 

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • Double Unders – If you do not possess the double under skill then complete 150 single unders each round. If you do not have a jump rope then complete 75 Jumping jacks. 
  • Ab-mat sit ups – If you do not have an ab-mat then just complete regular sit ups. 
  • DB/KB Snatch – Find a weighted object that allows you to complete the motion. A good piece of equipment would be a weighted bookbag.
