Warm-up: Group Dynamic
- Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
- PVC (Broomstick) Pass Through – 15 Reps
- Samson Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 3 Rounds
- 75 Double Unders
- 50 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
- 25 Alternating DB/KB Snatch
BARBELL OPTION: 3 Rounds
- 75 Double Unders
- 50 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
- 25 Power Snatch (75/55)
WORKOUT FLOW:
- Workout is 3 total rounds. Each round will start with 75 double unders. You will then go into 50 ab-mat sit ups, and finish with 25 Snatches (DB/KB OR Barbell).
EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:
- Double Unders – If you do not possess the double under skill then complete 150 single unders each round. If you do not have a jump rope then complete 75 Jumping jacks.
- Ab-mat sit ups – If you do not have an ab-mat then just complete regular sit ups.
- DB/KB Snatch – Find a weighted object that allows you to complete the motion. A good piece of equipment would be a weighted bookbag.
