Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Air Squat Tabata – 2 Minutes
  • :20s Bottom of squat Hold / :10s of active squats
  • Pigeon Stretch – 1 Minute per side

Workout: 6 Rounds (2 Minutes ON / 1 Minute OFF)

  • 5 DB/KB Overhead Squats (Right Side)
  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 5 DB/KB Overhead Squats (Left Side)

*Pick up where you left off

BARBELL OPTION:  6 Rounds (2 Minutes ON / 1 Minute OFF)

  • 10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 10 Jump Squats

WORKOUT FLOW: 

  • Workout is 6 total rounds of 2 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest. During the 2 minutes you will complete as many rounds as possible of Overhead Squats (DB/KB OR Barbell) and Jump Squats. You will pick up where you left off after the rest.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • DB/KB Overhead Squats – Find a weighted object that you can hold over your head while you complete the squat motion.
