Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • PVC (Broomstick) Pass Through – 20 SLOW Reps
  • PVC Shoulder Stretch – :30s per side x 3

Workout: 6 Rounds (3 Minutes ON /1 Minute OFF)

  • 3 Burpees
  • 6 DB/KB Push Press (3 Per side)
  • 9 Lateral Hops Over DB/KB

*Begin fresh new round each interval

BARBELL OPTION: 6 Rounds (3 Minutes ON /1 Minute OFF)

  • 3 Burpees
  • 6 Push Press (95/65)
  • 9 Lateral Hops Over Bar

WORKOUT FLOW:

  • Workout is 6 total rounds of 3 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest. During each 3 minute period you will try to get as many rounds as possible of 3 burpees, 6 Push Press (DB/KB OR Barbell), and 9 lateral hops over DB/KB OR Barbell.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • DB/KB Push Press – Find a weighted object that allows you to complete this movement. This can be a book bag or a jug of water.
