BARBELL OPTION: For Time

18 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18

  • Thrusters (95/65)
  • Burpees Over Bar

WORKOUT FLOW:

  • Workout is a descending, and ascending, ladder of Thrusters and Burpees. You will complete 18-15-12-9-12-15-18 of each movement. Following that last round of 18 your workout is complete.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • DB/KB Single Arm Thrusters – Find a weighted object that allows you to squat and press it. You can use a book bag, case of water, water jug, etc.
