  • Power Snatch (95/65)

WORKOUT FLOW:

  • Workout will start and end with a 400 meter run. Sandwiched between the two is a descending ladder of Snatches (DB/KB OR Barbell), Up-Downs, and V-Ups. Once you have completed the ladder you will , again, finish with a 400 meter run.

EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION:

  • DB/KB Snatch – Find an object that allows you to go from the ground to overhead and use that!
