Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • PVC Lateral Hop Tabata – 2 Minutes
  • PVC Pass Throughs – 15 Reps
  • Single leg lunge Stretch – 1 Minute per side

 

Strength: Power Snatch (10-12 Minutes)

  • Build to a heavy double, does not have to be touch and go

 

Workout: AMRAP 18 Minutes

  • 10 Pull ups
  • 30 AB – Mat sit ups
  • 50 Double Unders 

 

Endurance: Burpee Tabata

  • :20s on, :10s off x 8 sets

 

Core: 4 Rounds

  • 20 Long Sit-ups
  • 20 Superman Rocks
