WOD: Thursday, February 22nd, 2018 (Burpee Day 19)

Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • Banded Lat pull downs – 10 Reps per side
  • Banded Rotations – 10 Reps per side
  • Banded shoulder stretch – 1 Minute per side


Pre-Game: 4 Rounds

  • Run to Millburn Ave
  • 5 Push Presses (ascending weights)
  • 1 Round of Mini Cindy (3 pull ups, 6 Push ups, 9 air squats)

 

Workout: AMRAP 15 Minutes 

  • 12 Push Press (95/65)
  • 12 Pull Ups
  • 12 Bar Over Burpees (can be bar facing if you want to)

 

Endurance: Tabata Switches 

  • :20s on, :10s off x 8 sets

  • 10 Banded Paloff Presses
