Warm-up: Group Dynamic

  • PVC Pass Throughs – 12 Reps
  • PVC Hip Swings – 10 Reps each side
  • Couch Stretch – 1 min each side


Strength: Front Squat

  • Establish a Heavy single for the day, if it feels good shoot for a PR

 

Workout: AMRAP 15 Minutes

  • 15 Thrusters @95
  • 10 Toes 2 Bar
  • 5 Front Rack Lunges (95/65) *EACH LEG

 

Core: 5 Rounds

  • 15 Kick the Ceilings
  • 15 Reach the Ceilings
